Emmanuel Ogu is a seasoned Agronomist, Farm Manager, Farm Extensionist, Fadama Community Facilitator, and Agri-Food Consultant with 35 years of selfless service to his fatherland. He worked as Chief Agricultural Officer with Kogi State Local Government Service Commission and World Bank-funded National Fadama Development Project. His last official assignment was as Advisory Services and Inputs Consultant for the 2017/18 season with National Fadama Project 111 Additional Financing Scheme in Kogi State. He has organized numerous local and international workshops in the agricultural sector, including those of the World Bank, USAID, and Rotary District Trainings. Ogu is a graduate of the College of Agriculture Yandev-Gboko, Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, and the Africa Leadership Forum (ALF) established by former Nigerian President, Chief Dr. Olusegun Obasanjo GCFR. He is currently undergoing an MBA International Agribusiness and Food Chain Management from Lead City University, Ibadan.
